- 50% deposit now required to reserve your appointment for new AND existing clients. This is to be paid immediately upon booking and will be applied to your total appointment cost. We will still require a card on file.
- Deposits are non refundable, but are transferable to a future appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours forfeite your deposit.
- Same day cancellations and "no shows" are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked services.
- Failure to adhere to these policies will result in being banned from booking future appointments. Policy update effective immediately.
Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our health and wellness programs, all services are non-refundable. While we don't require contracts, we appreciate a 30-day notice if you need to cancel or modify your program. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our schedule and resources. Prepaid cards are not allowed for this service.e policies. As with many functional medicine practices, our services are considered out-of-pocket expenses. This enables us to focus on delivering exceptional, tailored care that addresses your unique needs and goals.
